The CTS Sales Profile and LSS Learning Style Survey are online personality and learning style assessments. When you pre-pay to purchase an assessment, you can register your candidate to complete the online questionnaire. After your candidate completes the online CTS questionnaire, you are provided reports showing your candidate's personality style, compared to that of a particular sales or service role, based on the way the candidate responded to the questions.
You will also receive results from the Learning Style Survey (LSS). This assessment is an online untimed assessment which measures a candidate's speed and accuracy in using linguistic, quantitative and problem-solving skills. By default, the CTS Sales Profile and the LSS are sent together to the candidate (other sending options are available on request).
You will receive access to a "Sales Profile Report", "Sales Coaching Report", and "Sales Style Report," as well as multiple other reports, through your account admin panel. Reports from the LSS are also accessible on your panel.
After you complete the online registration process and provide your payment information, you have immediate access to your CTS Sales Profile account admin panel using your "Login" and "Password". After you log in to your account, you can register candidates to take the CTS Sales Profile and LSS questionnaires and view each candidate's various reports. Your admin panel remains perpetually available and contains your archived results as well as options for additional reports as needed.
The CTS Sales Profile and the LSS are online personality and learning style assessments. When you register your candidate to take them, you are provided with validated results based on the way the candidate responded to the questions. Once you have purchased a CTS/LSS assessment set, registered your candidate, and the candidate has completed the questionnaire, a refund is not available. If you have prepaid for questionnaires under the $175, $160, $150 and $145 plans, and want to obtain a refund for unused questionnaires, you may obtain a refund by contacting info@salesmanage.com. If you are currently on a subscription plan, no refunds are available. At the end of your subscription contract, you can discontinue your subscription.
